KlutchJa Organics is seeking motivated and results-driven Marketing & Sales Representatives to promote and sell our natural skincare and haircare products across both wholesale and retail markets.
Applicants should reside in Mandeville, Clarendon, St. Elizabeth, Kingston, Portmore, Spanish Town, or nearby communities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth while representing our brand with professionalism.
This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. Candidates must be self-motivated, customer-focused, and capable of working independently with access to a reliable motor vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell KlutchJa Organics products.
- Build, maintain, and grow strong customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets through prospecting, follow-ups, and effective product recommendations.
- Conduct regular customer visits, follow up on restocking needs, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Process customer orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure excellent customer service.
Must Have
- Experience in sales, marketing, customer service or a related field.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage customers and close sales effectively.
- Comfortable creating and appearing in marketing and promotional content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools.
- Access to a reliable motor vehicle and ability to travel where necessary.
